- We will provide you with the authorization form in word document of which the details of our services has been filled in by us
- Kindly print out and verify all services are correct
- Fill in your credit card details: Card Type, Card Number, Name as appear on the card, Expiry Date and the 3 or 4 digits (depending on your Card Type) on the right hand corner (click here to see the example)
- Fax back to us at (+662) 652 1033 or Scanned form as PDF or JPG by return.
Note : Please kindly attach copied passport of card holder and copied of credit card (front & back) to guarantee your payment

- We will fill the details of services including the amount to be paid

- Fill in your personal details then click "View" where you will be asked to recheck the information.
- If all is correct click "Summit" and you will be taken to KBANK Payment Gateway
- Fill in your credit card details: Credit Card Number, the last 3 digit-number appearing on signature panel (click here to see the example) , Expiry Date, Name on Credit Card, Card Type(VISA or Master Card ONLY), Country of Issuing Bank, and Issuing Bank
- Press “PAY NOW" where you will be asked to recheck the information, if correct then click "Continue"
- Fill in your password of Verified by Visa or Master Card Secure Code
- The transaction result will appear, then click "Go Back To Merchant Website"
- At this point an e-mail will be sent to you to report the transaction result, one copy of the same report will be sent to us.
- We will then contact you back to reconfirm delivery of tickets or vouchers.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR PAYMENT VERIFIED BY VISA
1.You will need to apply with your credit card issuing bank and a password based security program will be provided to you that prevents anyone but you from using your card at online merchants participating in Verified by Visa. Click here to activate for Verified by Visa
2. If have not applied you will need to do so, however some credit card issuing bank may not have joined this program either, we recommend that you check with them first.

YOUR TRANSACTION MAY BE DECLINED RESULTING FROM:
1. Card Expired.
2. Blocked Card.
3. Over credit limit.
4. You have typed in the wrong name (it should be exactly as it appears on the card), wrong card number or wrong expiry date.
In which case we suggest that you contact your issuing bank for inquiry

- Fill in your credit card details: Credit Card Number, the security code (4 digit in front of card), Expiry Date, Name on Credit Card, Country of Issuing Bank, and Issuing Bank
- Press “PAY " (on the right bottom hand side) where you will be asked to recheck the information, if correct then click "Continue"
- The transaction result will appear,
- At this point an e-mail will be sent to you to report the transaction result, one copy of the same report will be sent to us.
- We will then contact you back to reconfirm delivery of tickets or vouchers.
